3. After submitting all of the required documents, the applicant must go to the state's Additional Commissioner of Police for application verification and document verification.


4. The applicant must then contact the relevant department for a status update on the application. The funds paid will be returned by the government if the application is rejected due to any incomplete or false information.


5. Finally, if the application and documentation supplied are sufficient, the applicant will be granted an eating house licence within 45-60 days.

How do I obtain my licence

The applicant can apply for an Eating House License directly with the government; however, the process is lengthy and will take 30-60 days.

To begin the process of obtaining a licence, the initial applicant must receive a user ID and password by submitting a request letter in person along with the Eating House's details.

For each application for an Eating House License, the information must be filled out precisely. All required documents must be uploaded.
